1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your area is not covered by our courier service, we will notify you promptly and discuss alternative arrangements.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days for most locations.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery timeframes may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or operational delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Orders Below PKR 2,000: Flat shipping fee of PKR 200.

Orders Above PKR 2,000: Enjoy free shipping on your order.

Express Shipping: For fast shipping, the time and rate may vary.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp Message with your tracking information.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or WhatsApp Message. For any assistance with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, notify us within 48 hours at helpwagri.pk@gmail.com or via our helpline. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to make changes.
